Please understand that no two pieces of wood are identical. Therefore, no NorwegianWoodPickers wood or wood metal picks will be exactly alike. Product photos on this website should be used solely as a guide to what a product will resemble, not as an exact representation. Minute differences should be expected in each product’s construction, as minor deviations are inherent to NorwegianWoodPickers’ handcrafted manufacturing process. Fortunately, NorwegianWoodPickers’ one-by-one product construction guarantees individual attention to detail and quality assurance in every guitar pick to leave the wood shop.

Taxes & Import Fees
NorwegianWoodPickers is not responsible for any actions taken by the customs or the chosen package delivery service. NorwegianWoodPickers has NO control over this. The customer is responsible for any customs charges that may be applied to the shipment. Customs determines these charges and NorwegianWoodPickers has no way of knowing what these charges may be.
NorwegianWoodPickers warrants all products against manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship for a period of twelve (12) months (365 days) from the date of purchase. NorwegianWoodPickers reserves the right to determine manufacturing defects and requires proof of purchase from an authorized NorwegianWoodPickers retailer or NorwegianWoodPickers.com to qualify products as warrantable. If a product is deemed defective, NorwegianWoodPickers will repair or replace the item at no cost to you. If a product is not considered to be defective, NorwegianWoodPickers will repair the item at a reasonable charge.
Wear and tear of our products does NOT qualify for Warranty.
Returns / Exchanges
Returns on items purchased directly from NorwegianWoodPickers’ online shop are eligible for returns within 30 days from the date of shipment. Proof of purchase and original packaging are required for eligibility. Returned items must be in new condition with no signs of use. Please include a copy of your invoice or order confirmation with “Return” or “Exchange” written on it. For inquiries regarding an exchange, please contact email@example.com (Note: Exchanges are accepted for equal or lesser value of original purchase). No authorization needed for returns as long as it is within 30 days of shipment. Once received, your new exchange will ship within 2-3 weeks OR you will be issued a refund including a confirmation email of the cancellation of your order.

It is encouraged that you send your product by a traceable method. NorwegianWoodPickers is not responsible for lost or misdirected packages. Products will be returned via DHL Mail Service.

Domestic orders are shipped via Bring.
International orders are shipped via DHL Worldwide Expedited.
